My name is Markus and I have been working in human resources for 11 years. Through my various roles and experience in human resources, I have been able to successfully accompany many applicants and colleagues on their way to their dream job. I am also currently completing training as a systemic coach so that I can ask questions and find solutions in an even more targeted and effective way.

I have a feel for the needs of those around me and can easily empathize with different situations and concerns. Even in my private life, I am often contacted for my expertise and opinion on topics relating to application processes and documents. I am always there to help with advice and action and look for the right concept.

The idea of Dein Personal Coach was born out of my passion for human resources management and the desire to act on my own. I would like to use my enthusiasm and knowledge from 11 years of human resources work to support my customers in preparing their documents, preparing for job interviews and ultimately in document management.

It is particularly important to me not to offer a one-size-fits-all solution. Every application is as individual as the candidate and so together we look for the most suitable means and ways to meet your needs - but good is not good enough.

Together we will design your calling card and prepare you as best as possible for your individual interview so that you can appear confident and convincing.
